 Having grown up in the U.K. I remember as children,our trips to the beaches in Devon where the weather was not always as kind as it is here and being so grateful that my sisters,brother and I were able to wear our towelling dresses and hoodies all day!! (I am sure my mother was too!(not having to cart bags of wet towels and clothes home again!)

After making Australia my home 20 years ago and having children of my own - Arabella aged 15 and Olivia aged 10 (who are mad keen surfers).  I could never find the towelling dresses and hoodies that I remembered wearing  as a child,so I started making them for myself, my children and friends - and here we are today!  

These garments are proudly MADE in South AUSTRALIA NOT  OFFSHORE!! They are made from a high quality lightweight stretch cotton 80% Poly 20% terry towelling which is also MADE IN AUSTRALIA and offers 50+ UV protection. These garments also wash and wear very well.

I have finished them off with pompoms and beautiful ribbons from Holland for that unique look but ... MOST IMPORTANTLY -  THESE DRESSES OFFER  GREAT PROTECTION AGAINST THE SUN FOR YOUNG SKIN ON THE BEACH!! Altogether a hardy, no fuss garment to throw on after all water sports.
